Not receiving messages from my app

Good afternoon. 

 

I am trying to manage my accounts through my apps and I have been asked to enter a one time pass code. I have requested the code but have not received it. I checked with my bank and they have said that my phone number is correct and that I needed to contact my service provider to see why the message may be blocked.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
