Not receiving SMS verification messages

I recently changed my SIM card and through various websites I'm not receiving any verification SMS messages (even from Apple). I've tested from another iphone and imessage appears to work but when a verification message has been sent it never gets delivered.

Are standard SMS (not imessage) from other phones received

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
