text messages for wrong number

I am receiving text messages from O2 which do not relate to my phone number about another account.I do not know what is causing this. Any advice would be helpful

courier pin number

I have upgraded my phone because my old one broke the new one arrived and courier asked for the pin but i can't tell him because my phone is broken, tried o get in touch with a human as the virtual one has not the question in to ask.

eSIM stuck in sctivate

I accidentally choose to change my setting to esim and my primary sim now says inactive and the eSIM is just spinning on activate how can I change this back

Unable to add more than 100mb bolt on

I am trying to add bolt on data but it only comes up with 100 MB and wont scroll down to larger amounts.Why is this happening.I haven't had this problem over all previous years.
