I ported from EE on tuesday and initially had no issues. About 12 hours later nothing worked anymore, I still (two days later) have no data and no calls can be made from my phone. I can not ring 02 for this reason and the virtual assistant just doesn't understand the problem as it keeps telling me to ring and download the app. Two things I can not do. Please help

This is a customer to customer community, not O2, so we cannot access your account, sorry.
You need to contact O2.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook or Instagram https://www.o2.co.uk/abouto2/social-media or go in store with photo ID.
