We are new to O2, have two phones and have recently moved into a new house in a new location. The O2 cellular coverage in this area is apparently so exceedingly bad usually "No Service or half a bar at best. yet the coverage checker says "good indoor and out"  I can not depend on O2 to make a call to receive a call to hold onto a call once connected. in doors or out.
I have tried to enable WIFI calling but it just sends me to the o2 website and endless circular screens with no resolution. Trying to access help is an exercise in frustration.

What needs to be done to grant access to WIFI calling?

If you want to contact O2 for anything, you can also use social media.

Hi @Wm

For wifi calling you first need a supported phone.

A list of those can be found here  https://www.o2.co.uk/connectivity/wifi-and-4g-calling

Then O2 need to activate it on your account first, if not done so already.

Call them on any of these numbers Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

Once that's done, you need to enable it in your MyO2  http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

And turn it on with the toggle on your device.

Bit of a catch 22 really,  would love to call but O2 is not supporting phone functions at this time, astrological alignment you know, and I need to call to enable WIFI calling.

>> thank you for your desire to help dear Cleoriff,
