New phone

I received my phone upgrade yesterday but I cannot receive phone calls or text messages.

Did you put the old sim card in the new phone or did you just place the new sim in the phone without following the instructions on the sim pack?

Just put the old sim in the new phone, unless you need to use the new sim and follow this guide Guide: Sim Swap: a mini guide 2017 update
