Recently bought a new I phone 13 pro max and got given a new SIM card was working but suddenly stoped and I don’t have any service. I’ve tried using my old sim but it hasn’t changed and I’ve payed my service charge, and there’s no problems in my area so I’m confused on what’s wrong

I’m in the same boat. Got my new phone earlier today, was working fine and now has had no signal for hours!

Thank you in advance for any help!

@Johnox and @Em98 -

Could be  an account fault / issue.

Contact O2 to get it checked out.

If you message O2 on Social Media on any of the links below, they should be able to help you with this.

Good luck!

@Em98 @Johnox

There is an issue currently with sim swaps either not working or failing after a short while.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
