I have just placed an order for a new iphone. It said that the order was complete and I had several emails at once containing legal documents.

An hour later, I recieved another email from "mycare", asking to phone with identity proof and 2 credit or debit cards to prove my information. If I don't complete this within 72 hours, it states that my order will no longer be valid.

Is this normal?

It will be for an identity check to prove who you are.
