HI - my SIM card has stopeed working suddenly - i have swapped another one into my phone form my partners phone and it works but when I put mine back it doens't. SO I need ot order a new SIM I think? However I can't contact anyone on the O2 customer service lines as none of them are open and there is no online chat either? how can I order one please as I need it urgently for work.

If it's PAYG then they are only open 8-2. This is their direct line 08003134302. I spent days trying to get hold of someone, being on hold for hours and then getting cut off.

You need to persevere with customer services. People are getting through. Best time to call is 8am
