I recently upgraded my contract with O2 from the Samsung tablet I was using to a Samsung Galaxy Book Pro. I inserted the new sim card I was sent but it says that is it not active.  It has been a month now and I am paying for the contract.  I have tried reinserting the sim but it has not made any difference.  I can use WiFi OK, but I don't want to be paying for a mobile contract that isn't working.  Any advice?

You needed to just use the old sim card, and full details where on the sim card wallet in how to swap the sim card if the old one was 4G a and want access to 5G.

In this case you need to call customer servcies on 0344 809 0202 and they can activate the new sim card.
