The battery on my Xiaomi Redme Note 10 Pro melted this morning followed by the rest of the phone (this is not a fun experience!) and Argos have replaced it FoC (plus a new O2 sim) and upgraded it to a 11 Pro, which will be delivered in 2-5 days.
When it arrives how do I get my old number and all my old account info (WhatsApp, texts, photos etc etc etc) as I can't transfer info between phones and the old sim melted?

You need to call O2 to migrate your number to the new sim Guide: Migration & porting into O2
If you had the old phone backed up to Google, just login to the same Google account on new phone and everything will sync across. If not and there's no other backup, all data will be lost.
