Been getting this service message for days, no near O2 WiFi option available

Our Network can get busy in this area.

This means your data could be slower than normal. We’re sorry about that. Our team is aware and working to make it better. Our top tips for staying connected would be to find local Wifi hotspots and download whatever content you need whilst connected to Wifi, so you can still enjoy it on the move.

Explains a lot Talk Talk are one of the worst ISP's in the UK, so not surprised if they pull this sort of thing...

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK

I'll be calling my ISP this morning.

Went for a drive about 1.5 miles away and No signal also tried a hauei p20 with my sim and No signal.

Will be going to O2 shop today for answers, now in third day of no signal!!

Just tried my visiting son O2 sim in my phone and it worked and my sim in his phone didn't work. So it a sim problem!

@saabw1

If you are going instore, just ask for a new sim. If you take ID they will do the sim swap for you.

Went into the local store and got a sim replacement.

All very quick and simple.
