My phone has been working all day then all of a sudden I cannot call anyone I got an extention till Friday to pay my bill but yet all of a sudden on a Wednesday I can not make calls after being able to all day

Obviously the O2 computer has over-ridden the instructions from CS.
If you can borrow a phone give O2 a call on 0344 809 0202 (or use the specific Payment management number - 0800 902 0217 )
Or you can message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), hopefully they should be able to help
