Just order new tablet but forgot  my old sim don't work

Drop into an O2 Store with tablet and photo id to pick a SIM up in person is best suggestion, @Jarvisstar 

Otherwise you will have to call O2 and ask them to send one out to you via the postal service, 5 - 7 day wait there though. Good luck!
