Hi, is there any chance someone could help me with NO CALLER ID problem please. I have been having the issue now for about 2 weeks and no one seems to know how to fix it its happening on all incoming calls ,I have been to the o2 store and to the apple store and it seems to be a problem with the setting on my o2 account

@gmarkj still no blanket fix for this one but it is being looked into. I'll give you an update as soon as I have news. 🙂

Me too, upgraded to an IPhone 12 Pro with esim & no caller ID on incoming calls.  Spoken to O2 Customer Service & Apple multiple times & reset almost everything on phone with no joy.

Has anyone found a fix?

No more Advisors here on the Forum since July, @Grizz66 - Ask O2 to add CLI Presentation Facility bolt-on to your account, check it appears in your MyO2, then reboot - this will resolve the issue.
