Hi,

A few months ago I was transferred from Virgin to O2. I registered & signed in to MyO2.

 

More recently I have not been able to access MyO2. If I try the App it says there is a problem and I should wait 48 hours or contact support.

 

If I try the website it accepts my username and password, then sends a code to my mobile but when I enter the code I get a message saying that phone is already registered

 

i have tried using online chat but the Bot goes round in circles and eventually tries to connect me to an expert via the App - which fails as I can’t access the App

 

Does anyone know a way I can actually speak to a human?

202 is the usual number to talk but social media can get results

Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , X Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG

Or phone them on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (contract) 

4445 or 0344 8090222 (PAYG)

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Re the app. It's giving many many problems.

Uninstall it, Reboot the phone, Reinstall the app. See if that helps.
