Solved: My phone never works when I go away on holiday- it...

Ever since I had my phone stolen 3 years ago on hol and I blocked my sim and ohone until I got a replacement, after this my service had never worked when I have gone abroad, I had numerous phone calls with customer services and been in the 02 shop and they all say the phone seems fine and they don’t know why?
does anyone know what I can do to resolve this issue? Thanks so much

Most likely is a roaming bar on your account.

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.
