I got a new SIM with o2 but transferred my old phone number onto it but now when i try to log in to the My o2 app it shows the temporary phone number i was given and now i can’t log into my app or the website? I contacted customer service and they didn’t even help

With all the problems with myo2 this weekend, it may still be in the queue to be updated, I would personally wait until the middle of next week and see if it gets updated.
As there is nothing anyone can do on here to help, as we are all customers like you.. so you will have to persevere with Customer Services, and you may have more luck with the Social Media teams, Guide: How to find help & contact O2
