My information is being sold by o2 employees

How can I trigger an investigation into the people who I've spoken to at o2 as I'm 90% sure that they are selling my information.

If you think a crime has been committed then log it with Action Fraud, but to be honest, if your information is available on the web or you use Facebook, then it takes someone who knows what they are doing to have all your information in about 10 minutes...
