My iphone 11 recently ended its contact and it’s currently on a tariff only. I now can’t get 4g or WiFi calling (just 3g). I have updated to 15, and checked my settings, it’s just telling me that it’s not activated and I need to go to My O2. Within My O2 it’s saying that it is activated… and there is not network/coverage issues in my area. Any help would be appreciated. Cheers Lee

It will need reactivating by Customer Services on 202 from your o2 phone.
