Not getting Amazon OTPs

Hi there I switched networks a month ago, ever since had no Amazon OTPs. it’s driving me crazy as I have two level verification on my Amazon account which needs OTP to work. Things have come to a head my account is blocked.  Amazon today told me it’s network provider issue, they can see them being sent to this phone are you blocking Amazon OTP to my number? help this maddening!

This is usually down to your old network not pushing on the OTP using their infrastructure for o2 to push to your phone... 

 

SMS forwarding on MNP is a nightmare...

 

I would call customer services on 202 and ask if they can see any problems..

Common problem with O2 unfortunately @Bnguy21 

You need to get the issue escalated by customer services.
