My O2 app is not working

I created O2 account few days ago. Then I downloaded and installed O2 app for an advertisement. Then I tried several times to login. I couldn’t logged in. And I got this pop up message. 

Oops. My 02 isn't available to you yet.

If you're new to 02, it can take up to 48 hours for vour account to be ready.

If it's been longer than 48 hours, get in touch and we'll look into it for you.”

I'm with you on reading books @Cleoriff 

I usually get through a couple in a week but I know you prefer paper although my preference is my Amazon Fire which fits neatly into either of my jackets' pockets

I couldn't do without it in hospitals, doctor's, buses, pub and of course I spend an hour reading in bed

As for music, it's wasted on me with the old tinitus!

Mind you it's loud enough in the pub! 😂
