Hi,

I have found a better O2 deal available through a price comparison website then what O2 is offering (currently out of contract). I was wondering if I would be able to move my current number on my old O2 sim to a new O2 account?

If you sign by the likes of USwitch it will take you through to O2.

If you click on Existing Customer and then Upgrade you will be able to go on the new rate with the same number and benefits.

If you have already signed then you will need to migrate the number as per

Guide: Migration & porting into O2

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

@Ruscotland

It's easier if you do it as an upgrade, but if not, you need a number migration.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
