Mobile data not working

My mobile data isn't working. When I insert my sim it says "emergency calls only" however the phone works fine receiving calls etc... its just I can't connect to my mobile data. I think the sim card is related but don't know how to figure it out.

 

Was hoping for some help, thanks.

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202  or 0344 809 0202

My sim card isn't recognised in another device and my dad's sim card worked in my phone. So the problem is the sim card. How do I get a new one with the same number
