Mobile data not working

Whenever I leave the house and don't have an available WiFi source I can't use the internet, including WhatsApp, emails ect.

I brought a Google pixel 6a on a monthly contract, have plenty data, mobile data turned on and not restricted.

Restarted my phone, tried to run a coverage checker but that won't work when I'm off wifi.

As its new wasn't sure if there's anything I needed to do? Right corner signal

@DeeDah

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

Thanks

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

A few things to do is reset your network settings in the phone settings, this will wipe any wifi passwords as well, and also check the APN is set to mobile.o2.co.uk

Also have a look at these 2 guides Guide: How can I sort out my network issues?  and Guide: Is the network down for me or everyone?

Thankyou, yes the APN is set and I have reset but won't know until I leave the house if it's worked.

Thanks again!
