I can't get to use mobile data. I have loads of data on my plan. Have used non as I can't use it. When I turn mobile data on the switch lights up as on but I am not getting any symbol on the top of the screen. I get a "No mobile data" message. Been though I have 200 Gbytes available.

You have not missed a payment, or O2 have missed taking a payment recently, @Grub63? MyO2 will tell you that - but O2's late payment system is automatic, and it can take a few days to get reconnected after O2 receive your missed payment.
