I have an esim and I do not see the swap sim option, so I am stuck now, unable to change my mobile deivce.

If the advice given here about eSIM activation does not work, @NeOHulK - then take your phone and some photo id and head to an O2 Store, they are the ones who can help get you up and running again. I would take the advice here
and switch back to a physical SIM card while you are there as well - far simpler altogether.
