I was using a Samsung S10 abroad but since i have come back home the mobile data does not work, only wifi is working. I have just changed over to the S20 ultra which was factory reset but still does not work so must be something to do with my sim or account.
I tried the o2 virtual online assistant for help but a waste of time and the online chat is either not on or they are too busy.
Any help would be appreciated as it is so annoying that i have no internet outside the house.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202

I’d like to know if this got sorted too. I upgraded my phone with o2 and its had issues using mobile data outside my house
