I am trying to top up my account and in step 2 "Enter card billing address" I type in the address I think I provided to O2 when I registered my account but apparently it is not the right address, so I get the message "We couldn't find your address. Check the details you've entered and try again".
How can I check the address saved in O2 system?
Any help would be appreciated.

You could delete the app and reinstall then reboot your phone and see if that works?
If not call O2 on 4445 OR social media
