Hi,
I keep getting this message when attempt to send a text to certain people in my contacts. I have recently moved my number from Three to O2 and have just started a contract. Assume something needs amending in settings but can’t see what? Can anyone shed any light? Thanks.

Check this guide Guide: Text Message Tips (not sent or received) Check your message centre number in Settings
If nothing works then contact O2
Give O2 a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202.
Or you can message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), hopefully they should be able to help.

Thanks. I’ll have to contact them as message number isn’t visible anywhere in settings to change.
