Making a top up, can't find the address

I am trying to top up my account and in step 2 "Enter card billing address" I type in the address I think I provided to O2 when I registered my account but apparently it is not the right address, so I get the message "We couldn't find your address. Check the details you've entered and try again".

 

How can I check the address saved in O2 system?

 

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @Iles 

You could delete the app and reinstall then reboot your phone and see if that works?

If not call O2 on 4445 OR social media

I messaged the O2 via facebook but they stopped replying.

 

I should uninstall and reinstall now. I will update here after that.
