I bought a o2 sim card on 28/3/24 & moved from Tesco. I sent a PAC code on 28th to keep my old number. As it was Friday, I left it until Tues to call as the number did not work. I have had to call 4 times this past week, each time they said it would be done within 24 hrs. By Yesterday I called again & they escalated it & I was promised that the manager would email me by this morning. Still nothing. Can they actually lose a number? My number has been out of service since Monday which is the day they told me it should have been done. Anyone any idea as I'm tearing my hair out here.

No ports happen over the Easter Weekend, so it wont have been at all, and definitely will not be done today or tomorrow or Monday...
Im confused as the 28th was Thursday, so your story makes no sense...
But you will need to persevere with o2 customer services, as this is a customer to customer community...

I'm a little lost as to the date you gave O2 the PAC
Are you sure it was the 28th or did you mean the 21st?
