I have switched SIM cards and now neither phone has phone signal not acceptable sort it out it’s been 5 hours and lots of stress I have been with o2 for 20 years but will leave if this is not sorted out I can’t speak to a person

Sorry to say but this is a customer to customer community, and not customer service..

They do say a sim swap can take 24hours to complete... it is usually quicker, but no one in o2 can do anything once you have started the process.. 


So if still no signal on the new sim by tomorrow you will need to speak to o2, on 0344 809 0202 or via social media If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

Have you rebooted the phone?

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
