I have lost phone. I am hearing impairment and need speak to someone on live chat. I can't find live chat anywhere.

We often find that searching the shop pages will bring up a live chat window https://www.o2.co.uk/shop

Account change by O2 without my knowledge

CREDIT FILE REFERRAL TEAM - NO RESPONSE

No signal or data

I have switched provider and can't access the bill...
