I am trying everything to no avail to get the £2 a month off Disney plus as an extra, is it due to the tariff I am on? I am on the £10 a month big data bundle, Thanks

You need to be on a pay monthly sim.

You could switch to a monthly contract and get it free for the first 6 months then take the discount after that,
