I normally have signal at home but for the last few days I’ve not had any phone signal so can’t receive or make calls. I’m relying on wifi calls for mobile to mobile but this isn’t an option for landline calling. When I’m out and about I have no problem with signal or 4g and this is only a very recent issue, having been with o2 for years

Check https://status.o2.co.uk for issues in your local area,

Also Wifi Calling can be used for all calls mobile and landline calls for making and recieving.

I have 1000+ devices using WiFi calling and they all use it for all calls

Sorry but why advise use wifi calling when it won't work with a landline broadband connection!

I should not have to walk a mile to O2 wifi hotspot to make a wifi call when the mobile/data connection is down for an unspecified time.
