Informed by O2 on their facebook page to select contact us and then select livechat.
There is no livechat link on the webpage when using a computer.
Extract from FB: "To contact us via live chat, you can follow these steps: -Visit the O2 website. -Navigate to the Help & Support section. -Click on the Contact Us option. -Select the Live Chat button to start a conversation with an O2 representative"
Can someone point me in the right direction here as it seems O2 are making it almost impossible to speak to agents online.
Thanks guys

I know I am a bit late to this thread, but I gather O2 no longer provide live chat on their website, you have to go through the O2 app on your phone. I find this incredibly frustrating, as much easier for me to use my desktop, particularly when trying to work at the same time, and sometimes having to type lengthy issues or problems I need looking into. For me, using my mobile takes far longer, and you also have to keep waiting/checking for a reply. Considering how much it costs to use their services, I think this is disgusting customer service, particularly in this day and age.

When you use it you will find it's not worth doing most of the time.
You get better results from the UK Social Media Team
However, if using a PC Live Chat does work from the Web Version of MyO2
