It's possible that your device is having trouble finding your network, and you have to select it yourself. Go to Settings> Connections > Mobile networks > Network operators. A list of network providers should show up. Select yours and see if this fixes your problem. You may also try resetting your Network Settings in there if manual network selection does not do it. This guide may help: Guide: How can I sort out my network issues?  Failing that, the support links for O2 on Social Media are all in the URL below,@MrsC1. Good luck!

Have you followed these

Guide: Is the network down for me or everyone?

Guide: How can I sort out my network issues?

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

This app is mentioned in the guides that you @MrsC1 and @Elaine66H have been provided with, but it is an excellent tool and I would suggest that you give it a try :-

My Network App - Find Out More About Your Network Coverage | Apps | O2

https://www.o2.co.uk/apps/my-network

Understand your network coverage

With the My Network app you can keep an eye on your coverage, wherever you are. Download the app and you’ll be able to:

- check the status of our network in your area – you don’t even need to enter your postcode
- test your network speeds
- report any issues with your service.

It’s simple to use and means that you can check the network without having to visit the main site or even enter a postcode.
