Informed by O2 on their facebook page to select contact us and then select livechat.
There is no livechat link on the webpage when using a computer.
Extract from FB: "To contact us via live chat, you can follow these steps: -Visit the O2 website. -Navigate to the Help & Support section. -Click on the Contact Us option. -Select the Live Chat button to start a conversation with an O2 representative"
Can someone point me in the right direction here as it seems O2 are making it almost impossible to speak to agents online.
Thanks guys

Best place to get chat is in the shop pages https://www.o2.co.uk/shop

Thanks but this page neither has a link to livechat/webchat.
https://www.o2.co.uk/access-for-all/services-and-support#getintouch "Live Chat" highlighted in blue link when opened shows no tab for chat.
Even the "Our virtual assistant is here to answer your questions, point you in the right direction or put you in touch with someone who can help." isn't operational. Tried three different browsers, no adblock etc. Absolutely nothing.

You need to go to the shop pages and wait for a chat window to pop up.
Be patient as it is dependent on someone becoming available.

Thanks. I will give that a try but boy are they making it difficult to speak to them.

Yes, they all do.
It's known as contact deflection.
They hope you will find help elsewhere or just give up !!

Just accessed it from MyO2 by going into Support and selecting Start a Conversation

Is that using your mobile app because there isn't anything remotely like what you describe on my o2 webpage when using PC

Mobile
Selecting Start a Conversation opened Chat.
Not sure if this is general as I am on the new billing system

Just go to the ‘Support’ tab and ‘Start a Conversation’ at the bottom.
