Hi,
Since yesterday I am unable to find the link for live chat. Does anyone know if the service has been discontinued?

The service is limited but will usually pop up in the shop pages https://www.o2.co.uk/shop

You can also message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

Thanks for your response, but if I was not dreaming there was one in the contact us area. I even have a transcript of that chat.

I received an email from mycare@o2mail.co.uk. When I replied to that, received a message this service is now closed the message further read "Don't worry though, for instant help speak to us on Live Chat, where
we'll try to solve your issue straight away.

If you are online just click here https://link.liveperson.net/click?key=AF575778A6A74C05 to start chatting."

Yes, as I said it is limited, so may appear there also from time to time.
