My phone  was on legacy, i was told that i had to change account to 360, this was done in July, my original number has never been return, i have rang 02 numerous times, even have a ticket number, I have been promised my old number back on every call i make, this is a business number, and is over 9 years old and linked to so many things.  does any one know the solution
