Hi, my internet is slow to non existent. For months on end I’ve been informed that you’re working on a mast. Can you give me a definite date as to when this work will be completed, as I use my phone/internet for work purposes. Lots of my work colleagues have already switched to E&E and are now enjoying 5g. I’m in PL1 4SG Plymouth.

Regards, Simon

o2 don't give timescales to fixing masts due to a number of factors, most of which are outside of their control (access to the mast, supply of parts, etc).

You can try asking customer services directly (call 202 from a pay monthly phone, or 4445 if you are pay as you go), or message them on social media:

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).

Just to add, might be worth downloading the My Network app from your app store and keep reporting the issue - ask anyone else on o2 to do the same.
