Good Afternoon.Today I received Apple iPhone purchased on-line from O2. Unfortunately I’m not to great sometimes with techy things! I was with GiffGaff prior to this & they have provided a PAC number. O2 provided me with the temp no & new Sim which I have inserted in the new phone. I completed the O2 on-line form in order to retain my old number but have received an automated email from BluePrism saying that the information provided for their security checks is incorrect!  Should I have used the GiffGaff sim from my old phone in the new phone? Can't speak to anybody at O2! Can you advise, what is my next step? Thanks Derek

@HighlandDerek

You need to port your number into O2, you cannot sim swap between networks.

Guide here Guide: Migration & porting into O2

If you are struggling with getting the form accepted, you need to contact O2 to help.

 If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.

@HighlandDerek  You need to speak to customer service.
Call 0800 032 1402 from any phone or numbers in this link: Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am.

You can also try O2 through social media:
