Just been changed from Virgin to O2 , now got a message saying 4G turned off .

I’m a 70 year old technophobe and received a message from O2 saying 4G turned off . I’ve only just been moved from Virgin help.

It usually relates to a temporary mast issue.

Just re start your phone and all should be OK.

I'm in the same situation, and it's not a temporary thing, it's been like that since I was swapped to O2, and nope rebooting does nothing, I am still getting bumped to to 3g when making phone calls.
