I'm having problems with my SIM. Every time I receive a call the phone makes a clicking sound instead of ringing. I bought a brand new phone, but still have the same issue it's impossible to contact customer support via chat or phone. Every time I call after 20 mins of waiting my call is dropped. The chat always replies that they cannot connect me to an advisor because they are too busy. What can I do?
