Solved: This Bolt On isn't compatible with the O2 Travel B...

Hi

I am looking to travel outside the EU and therefore need the International Bolt on costing £6 per day.

When I look to add this bolt on I get the message "This Bolt On isn't compatible with the O2 Travel Bolt On you already have and If you continue your existing Bolt On will be removed.

How do I proceed as I then need to speak to someone to get my existing Bolt on removed and the phone lines always have a over 30 minute wait......

It's a now pointless message that hasn't been updated on the system.

Everyone gets EU travel included for free.

You are safe to go ahead and add the O2 Travel Bolt On.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
