Hi, I have an active International Monthly Bolt On, billing me at 2 pounds/mo. I want to cancel it. However, when I press Remove Bolt On button in my online account, I get an error saying "Sorry, we can't remove this Bolt On."
Can you please remove this Bolt On as soon as possible.
