How the hell do I speak to someone in person? for a tele-comunicating company, ******-me youre hard to get hold of!!

 

Ive got a number that is being billed to my account, It is not mine and i dont reconise it. 

 

Please someone help me, ive never met a company that it is soo hard to speak with someone about this

@Kei O2 aren't very much interested in talking to customers these days unless they're buying something or upgrading. If you want to discuss your issue with customer service, below is the advice from an O2 Guru on how to get through.
Call 202 from your mobile.
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.

As already said, because you're not buying anything, O2 doesn't consider your call important, so use the Lost/Stolen or Fraud option if you have to, to get through. Otherwise you'll just be disconnected.

I will also tag all the O2 staff who are apparently lurking around somewhere and are supposed to be answering these kinds of queries.
