Internet not working

I have recently been moved from virgin mobile to o2 and now only have Wi-Fi internet, no o2 internet connection. I was notified this would be automatically changed over but does not seem to have been done. Please can this be sorted out?

There have been cases of the APN settings not changing from Virgin
The correct settings are these
This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
