I have been with o2 on contract for lots of years ( seem to be on o2 business but thats another matter) ive recently got a new phone from a friend (a50 if thats relevant) in settings my phone is showing IMS not registered is this important? And if so how do i get it registered? Tia for any info

Adding to the advice by @Bambino and checking on the Samsung forum, a simple change of sim fixed the issue @Gary74

I think the IMS is required for WiFi calling so shouldn't effect anything else.

Removing and reinserting the SIM might fix it if it's a bit of static on the card.
